Stay on top of your routine medications without the hassle. We coordinate with your doctors' offices, pharmacies, and insurance companies to help keep your prescriptions on track. What's included: Management of up to 5 maintenance medications Refill reminders and refill coordination Prescription renewal requests to your provider Basic refill issue resolution (e.g., expired prescriptions or out-of-stock medications) One prior authorization follow-up per month Monthly updated medication list Best for: Individuals taking a few long-term medications who want a convenient, worry-free refill experience.
Cancellation Policy
At WellCooRx Health Navigator Network PLLC, we strive to provide timely, personalized pharmacist-led services. To ensure availability for all patients, please review our cancellation policy below. Medication Refill Concierge Packages Memberships may be canceled at any time. Written notice is required by email or text message. Refund requests will be processed within three (3) business days. The time for funds to appear in your account depends on your financial institution. A $50 administrative processing fee applies to approved membership refunds. Services already rendered are non-refundable. Annual memberships are refunded on a prorated basis based on services already provided. Professional Clinical Services (Medication Review - CMR, Medication Reconciliation, Healthcare Navigation) Appointments may be canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. If canceled at least 24 hours in advance, the patient may choose one of the following options: - Reschedule the appointment one (1) time at no additional charge, subject to the pharmacist's availability; or - Request a refund, less a $50 administrative processing fee. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment, missed appointments (no-shows), or failure to attend without notice may be charged the full-service fee and may not be eligible for a refund. Additional rescheduling requests beyond the one complimentary reschedule may be subject to a rescheduling fee. Gift Cards Non-refundable after purchase. We will review requests on a case-by-case basis and strive to provide reasonable accommodations whenever possible.
