Our clinical pharmacist provides personalized guidance and care coordination to help you connect with the right healthcare providers, understand your treatment plan, and overcome barriers to accessing the care you need. Cancellation Policy
At WellCooRx Health Navigator Network PLLC, we strive to provide timely, personalized pharmacist-led services. To ensure availability for all patients, please review our cancellation policy below. Medication Refill Concierge Packages Memberships may be canceled at any time. Written notice is required by email or text message. Refund requests will be processed within three (3) business days. The time for funds to appear in your account depends on your financial institution. A $50 administrative processing fee applies to approved membership refunds. Services already rendered are non-refundable. Annual memberships are refunded on a prorated basis based on services already provided. Professional Clinical Services (Medication Review - CMR, Medication Reconciliation, Healthcare Navigation) Appointments may be canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. If canceled at least 24 hours in advance, the patient may choose one of the following options: - Reschedule the appointment one (1) time at no additional charge, subject to the pharmacist's availability; or - Request a refund, less a $50 administrative processing fee. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment, missed appointments (no-shows), or failure to attend without notice may be charged the full-service fee and may not be eligible for a refund. Additional rescheduling requests beyond the one complimentary reschedule may be subject to a rescheduling fee. Gift Cards Non-refundable after purchase. WellCooRx Commitment We understand that unexpected situations can occur. If you experience an emergency or extenuating circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible. We will review requests on a case-by-case basis and strive to provide reasonable accommodations whenever possible.
