WellCooRx Health values long-term engagement and medication adherence. We offer limited discounts to support continuity of care and reward members who remain actively engaged in their care plans.

1. 6-Month Medication Adherence Discount

 

Clients who enroll in and maintain continuous participation in the Medication Refill Concierge Membership for six (6) consecutive months may qualify for a 10% discount on the standard monthly membership fee.

Eligibility Requirements:

To qualify, the client must:

• Remain continuously enrolled in the membership for six consecutive months without interruption

• Actively participate in recommended medication adherence and refill coordination processes

• Maintain up-to-date contact and insurance information to support care coordination

 

Discount Details:

• The discount applies as 10% off the standard membership fee

• The discount is applied beginning in the eligible billing period after qualification

• The discount is non-transferable and has no cash value

• WellCooRx Health reserves the right to modify or discontinue this program at any time

 

2. Membership-Based Clinical Service Discount

 

Clients who are actively enrolled in the Medication Refill Concierge Membership are eligible for a 20% discount on select professional clinical services provided by WellCooRx Health.

 

Eligible Services May Include:

• Medication Reviews - CMR

• Medication Reconciliation

• Healthcare Navigation

 

Discount Details:

• A 20% discount applies only while the membership remains active and in good standing

• Discount applies to eligible self-pay clinical services only

• Insurance-billed services (if applicable) are not eligible for this discount

• Discount cannot be combined with other promotional offers unless explicitly stated

 

3. General Terms

• Discounts are offered at the sole discretion of WellCooRx Health

• WellCooRx Health may modify, suspend, or discontinue discount programs at any time without prior notice

• Discounts have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash or refunded

• Misuse or misrepresentation of eligibility may result in removal from the program
